Joe Da Silva built his first company, Database X, from a small office in Bogotá in 2005. As Director of Sales for a Miami compliance multinational, he had to run a region of 30 employees and 400 clients while traveling nine months a year. He had no choice but to make remote work — work.
He built the operational manuals, the lead generation engine, the back-office automation, and the real-time KPI tracking that turned a startup into the LATAM market leader: 0% market share to 500+ clients, 60% annual growth, at one third of the cost.
